A loss is always tough, and last night's loss to Kentucky was no different. That said, I am incredibly proud of the job Coach Roy Williams and the team did this year. They lost four scholarship players for various reasons, and a fifth to a season-ending knee injury late in the season. Despite the distractions and adversities--and a less than stellar start to the season--they won the ACC regular season title and made it to the Elite 8 just one year after missing the tourney altogether.
I'm hoping that Barnes and Henson decide to come back next year and help us get yet another championship banner to hang in the Dean Dome!
